Mr. Eubanks is a native of Aiken, South Carolina and has lived in Atlanta since 1977. He attended the University of Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Real Estate and Urban Development. In 1977, he relocated to Atlanta to assume a position with Adams/Cates. The last thirty years, Mr. Eubanks has specialized in the sale of the developed and undeveloped private, public and institutional land to developers and investors, for immediate development or to hold for future sale or development.
Mr. Eubanks is a Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club, a recipient of the "Silver Phoenix", "Phoenix Award", and was named Young Realtor of the Year in 1979 by the Board's Young Council of Realtors.
In 1984, Mr. Eubanks left Adams/Cates to join Rubloff, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager of the Land Properties Group. At Rubloff, Mr. Eubanks was responsible for overseeing the Group's operations and brokers who specialized in the sale of land.
Effective July 15, 1986, the firm of Hank Eubanks & Associates was formed in partnership with Edward A. Dreisbach, and in 1990 the company name was changed to Pinnacle Partners.
In March 1990, the Greater Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors awarded Mr. Eubanks with their most distinguished honor "The Phoenix Award" - presented to those who have qualified for the Million Dollar Club for ten consecutive years. In addition, Mr. Eubanks has been recognized on six occassions as one of the "Top Ten Commercial Land Sales Brokers", by the Greater Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, based upon the sales volume of transactions.
In the year 2007, Mr. Eubanks received the coveted "Silver Phoenix Award" for twenty-five years of qualification in the Million Dollar Club. In addition, Mr. Eubanks was named one of the top five land brokers in Atlanta with sales volume in excess of $46 million dollars.
